1. Order Processing Time

Because many of our products are made for wholesale or customized orders, processing time is required before shipment.

  • In-Stock Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days

  • Custom Orders (names, numbers, logos): Production takes 3–5 business days

  • Bulk Orders: Large-volume orders may require 3–7 business days, depending on quantity

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after processing is completed.

Express Shipping (Recommended)

  • Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS

  • Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

  • Best for: Wholesale orders, urgent deliveries, and high-value shipments

Standard Shipping

  • Carriers: 4PX, YunExpress, Yanwen, or Dedicated Line

  • Delivery Time: 10–15 business days

  • Best for: Samples or cost-sensitive orders

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Christmas, major promotions, or World Cup events, or due to customs clearance delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and volume

  • Destination country

  • Selected shipping method

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority.

Buyer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


5. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Tracking link

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Although rare, shipping issues may occur.

Damaged Packages

  • Take clear photos of the package and items immediately

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Lost or No Movement

  • If tracking shows no update for an extended period, please contact us

  • We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide a solution
