At Jersey Joy, we take pride in delivering high-quality jerseys for wholesale and custom orders. Because many of our products are made to order or produced in bulk, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Request Window

You must submit a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return (non-custom items only), the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items (Important)

Due to the nature of wholesale and custom production, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom jerseys (personalized names, numbers, logos, or patches), unless there is a manufacturing defect or our error

  • Bulk orders produced according to customer specifications

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, washing errors, or removed tags


4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will resolve it quickly.

Please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take clear photos showing the issue

  2. Email the photos and your order number to: hi@jerseyjoy.store

Once approved, we will either:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund for the affected item

In most cases, defective items do not need to be returned.


5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

For approved returns of non-custom items:

  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you by email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue or our mistake

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
